c44km Terms and Conditions

By using the c44km website and all its services ("Platform"), you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

This document applies to users in Bangladesh and has been prepared in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Your relationship with c44km will be governed by these terms.

You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. c44km reserves the right to close any account belonging to a minor at any time.

c44km reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes.

The following conditions must be met to open an account on the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• One person may operate only one account.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is prohibited.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility.

As a secure and reliable platform, c44km reserves the right to verify a user's identity when required. This process may involve requesting a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until identity verification is complete. c44km has the right to close an account if verification fails.

c44km may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of bonus terms.
• Suspicion of money laundering.

The minimum deposit amount at c44km is ৳200. All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Approved payment methods are:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

Before making a deposit, ensure that the payment account is registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and c44km reserves the right to cancel such transactions.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

c44km processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any applicable tax liability on earnings is entirely the user's own responsibility. c44km does not provide advice or accept responsibility in this regard.

c44km offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Specific examples are given below:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000

To receive the bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳200 must be made and applicable wagering requirements must be met.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).

Other bonus rules:

• The bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned after completing wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• Some games may contribute fully, partially, or not at all to wagering calculations — contact support for details.
• c44km reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

If abuse of bonus terms is detected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other fraudulent activity — c44km reserves the right to forfeit the relevant bonus and any winnings, and to close the account.

All games on the c44km platform are operated according to the rules set by their respective providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt). The specific rules for each game are available in the game lobby.

• c44km reserves the right to void any round if a bet or result is affected by a technical error.
• c44km will not be responsible for any bet lost due to an internet disconnection.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game provider's records will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets automatically using software or bots.

The following conditions apply when placing bets in the sports betting section (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.):

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out feature is available).
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Tournaments including IPL, BPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC Champions Trophy may have their own specific conditions.
• c44km reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds due to technical delays during live betting.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective. The Bengali version of this document is the original and final version. c44km's inaction does not imply waiver of the right to enforce any term.
